We are seeking a motivated Landscape Production Manager to take our Landscape Division to the next level. Role:
Landscape Production Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Ensures compliance with company and industry polices and best practices.
2. Sets clear expectations, provides guidance, and mentors team members to ensure project success.
3. Supervision, training, and development of approximately 20 employees including 3 landscape project supervisors, 6 landscape foreman and crews
4. Responsible for completion of new hire and annual employee reviews
5. Increase the overall productivity of the Landscape Division by implementing relevant employee training, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities.
6. Create & keep up-to-date landscape schedules to maintain adherence to allotted job labor hours
7. Monitor budgeted hours for all production work
8. Analyze job costing reports to give feedback to project supervisors for improvements
9. Manage the landscape installation crew schedules
10. Oversee morning dispatching of crews
11. Responsible for holding daily huddles for crews
12. Indirectly oversee the completion of landscape installation
13. Coordinate purchasing, staging, delivery, and use of materials/inventory
14. Fosters a collaborative and productive work environment with leadership, designers, and installation teams.
15. Works closely with sales manager to meet overall financial goals
16. Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard. Ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
17. Provides regular updates to director of operations on progress of jobs and staff development
18. Assist with recruiting, the interviewing and hiring process of direct reports
19. Available for winter snow events; ability to work odd hours or nights if needed
Roles
1. Oversees Landscape Division and reports directly to Director of Operations
2. Ensures projects are completed to the Aspen Ridge standard
3. Aware of goals and timelines of the project
Jobs Skills & Qualifications
Required:
· Advanced equipment experience (truck & trailer, skid steer, excavator)
· Ability to lift greater than 50 lbs
· Excellent leadership and team management skills
· Customer service skills
· Excellent communication skills
· Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
· Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Management, or related field.
· 3- 5 years of experience in landscape industry
- Proficiency in using landscape management software
- Ability to conduct site inspections and assess quality
- Experience in business development
· Job Type: Full-time
Salary : $65,000 - $90,000
