What are the responsibilities and job description for the Reporting Manager position at ASPEN OF DC INC?

The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and support of business software applications while serving as a subject matter expert for assigned systems. This role reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business processes and user needs; documents business and system requirements; defines project scope and objectives; and develops solutions that align with organizational goals and business strategies. The position supports end-user training, promotes the effective and compliant use of company technology resources, and ensures systems are utilized in accordance with corporate standards. Additionally, the Business Systems Analyst collects, analyzes, and interprets transportation utilization data and prepares required contractual and ad hoc reports to evaluate program performance and support operational decision-making. This position applies knowledge of industry concepts, practices, and procedures while exercising sound judgment, following established guidelines, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Interacts with employees to resolve system issues.

· Administers and supports all areas of the trip management software and its ancillary systems.

· Establishes and maintains user accounts for the trip management software.

· Responsible for employee/provider training and or training support as it relates to technology and the systems used with the company.

· 24x7 support, flexibility for night and weekend work as well as travel to satellite offices.

· Establishes, administers and manages the company’s wireless telecommunication accounts.

· Assists with the inventory management of software and hardware.

· Responsible for creation and maintenance of system reports using standard SQL programming and report tools

· Promotes responsible usage and care of corporate equipment.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

· Effective communicator with proven leadership skills and abilities

· Ability to analyze, organize, prioritize, implement, and control business activities and transactions.

· In-depth knowledge and experience of Windows Server 2003/2008, Active Directory.

· Experience with SQL Server, SQL and SQL Server Management Studio.

· Experience in data management, analysis, reporting, including demonstrated proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableu, Power BI), SQL and statistical analysis.

· Experience writing reports using Crystal Reports and SSRS

· Strong knowledge and understanding of networking technologies.

· Highly proficient with Microsoft Windows operating systems (Windows XP, Windows 7).

 

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION:

5 years of experience

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in data analytics, statistics, computer science, information systems, public health, business administration or a closely related field.
