We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our team on night shift. If you are a dedicated RN who enjoys providing quality care and supporting a nursing team, we would love to have you join us!

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be fully licensed as an RN in the state of Pennsylvania

• Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in RN work

• Current CPR certification

• Excellent communication skills

• Some supervisory experience preferred, but not required

• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless resident care

• Provide direct resident care, including assessment, treatment, and medications

• Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions

• Complete accurate charting and documentation in progress notes

• Inform the appropriate position/personnel of any changes and secure follow-up care as necessary

• Work in coordination with nursing administration and staff

• Provide leadership and support to the nursing team during the night shift
