Aspen Nursing and Rehab Center is a 75-bed skilled nursing facility located in Punxsutawney, PA. We pride ourselves on our home-like atmosphere, state-of-the-art facility, and commitment to individualized care. Our residents enjoy a variety of amenities and daily activities, and we celebrate the changing seasons in our lovely courtyard and gazebo.

Responsibilities

As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you will provide individualized physical, psychological, and social support for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living, such as dressing, grooming, bathing, feeding, toileting, colostomy care, transferring, walking, prosthetic appliances, positioning, range of motion exercises, and communicating.
• Ensuring the dignity of all residents is preserved as you carry out working tasks.
• Providing support with daily living tasks while promoting independence and autonomy.

Requirements

• Must be fully certified through the state as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Ability to perform physical tasks typically performed in CNA work
