Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional multitasking abilities and a strong attention to detail, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a blend of administrative expertise, project coordination skills, and a customer-focused attitude
Duties
- greeting patients
- cleaning the lobby area
- help with billing
- Consultations with patients
- checking patients in and out
- scheduling
- collecting payments
- all front desk responsibilities
- Assisiting with tasks management has for the day
- Provide executive administrative support through effective communication and phone etiquette.
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records, ensuring easy access to information.
- Assist with project coordination by tracking deadlines and deliverables.
- Handle transcription of meetings and proofreading of documents for clarity and accuracy.
- Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, providing excellent customer service to visitors and callers on multi-line phone systems.Experience
- Public Speaking
- Medical experience of any kind is a plus
- Experience with social media, word, excel and other platforms
- Experience with proffesional phone calls
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
