Due to growth we are looking to hire two new staffing coordinators, ASAP.
This role works directly with the Manager and both roles report to the Operating Director.
Essential Functions:
- Recruit new Caregivers .
- Lead the creation and implementation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for open positions.
- Respond to applicant inquiries, set up and conduct prescreening interviews.
- Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
- Verify certification(s) on State Nurses Registry
- Conduct in-person interview.
- Process application to include Reference checks
- Schedule and complete new hire orientations
- Manage social media accounts
- Assist with incoming call
- Staff cases
- Rotate on-call after hours and every other weekend with.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, and at least one year of home healthcare settings experience is required. Also, must be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent computer skills. Must possess and demonstrate excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and customer service skills. Must be able to perform and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Must be able to pass required background checks. Must have conflict resolution skills.
Position is Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00 and 9:30 - 6pm. On Call Every other week and every other weekend. Must be able to peform client visits and off site recruiting events.
