- Assist in generating leads through outreach efforts, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand industry trends
- Support the sales team in preparing presentations and sales materials
- Manage and update the CRM system with leads, contacts, and sales activities
- Assist in organizing sales events and promotional activities
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights and suggestions for improvement
- Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate value to prospects
- Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Strong interest in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required
- Availability for 16 to 30 hours per week
