GO-ON GROUP is a 20-year-old, well-established, international company that is well-known in Europe and the US for supporting its clients in sales expansion in many different industries. Our Houston office is growing fast; therefore, we are looking for
1 FULL-TIME B2B SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The preferred candidate is a motivated, disciplined, organized and results-driven person with a real passion for sales and willingness to achieve concrete goals. The ideal person is proactive in taking initiative, proposing ideas and acting independently to improve processes and outcomes. We look for candidates who enjoy teamwork and appreciate a multicultural environment and are curious, dynamic, open-minded, genuine, and enthusiastic! A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are mandatory and two or more years of experience in B2B sales and negotiations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities: proactively identify and pursue business opportunities across target markets through prospecting and networking; build and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential customers; deliver engaging presentations, demonstrations and negotiations; develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to ensure new business opportunities; maintain accurate records of activities and interactions in CRM software.
