Senior Project Manager – Power Generation Plants (150 MW each)
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take ownership of two 150 MW power generation plant builds. The role involves leading all aspects of project delivery, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

My client is delivering one of the most ambitious infrastructure projects in the region – the development of two 150 MW power generation plants situated on a 300 MW data centre site. This project combines scale, complexity, and cutting-edge design, offering an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering essential infrastructure for a world-class facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day project management across planning, design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
- Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders and contractors, maintaining effective communication and alignment.
- Manage budgets, schedules, risk, and resources, ensuring successful project outcomes.
- Oversee contractors and consultants, driving performance and resolving issues proactively.
- Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Report regularly on progress, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership.
Experience & Skills
- Demonstrated success as a Senior Project Manager on large-scale power generation or heavy industrial projects.
- Strong background in electrical and power generation systems, ideally with direct experience on large power plant projects.
- Proven ability to manage multi-million-dollar project budgets and complex construction schedules.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; PMP or equivalent certification a plus.
