About The Role

seeking an experienced Lead Aircraft Mechanic to oversee and perform aircraft maintenance, repairs, modifications, inspections, and troubleshooting for specialized aviation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform and lead aircraft maintenance, repairs, inspections, and modifications.
• Troubleshoot aircraft systems, structures, and powerplants.
• Assign and coordinate work for maintenance technicians.
• Review maintenance manuals, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, safety, and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Mentor junior mechanics and support Engineering/Quality teams.
  
  

Mandatory Qualifications

• FAA A&P License – Required
• Strong turboprop aircraft experience.
• King Air 350 experience strongly preferred.
• Experience with aircraft structures, repairs, and modifications.
• Strong Powerplant and aircraft systems experience.
• Previous lead/supervisory maintenance experience.
• Ability to read technical manuals and engineering drawings.
• Strong safety, communication, and troubleshooting skills.
  
  

Preferred: FAA IA, turbine helicopter, military, or OEM experience.
