Kubota Service Technician

We are a busy, growing Kubota dealership looking for an experienced Service Technician to join our team. If you take pride in your work, know how to diagnose problems instead of simply replacing parts, and want a long-term career with opportunities to grow, we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair Kubota tractors, excavators, skid steers, utility vehicles, mowers, and other equipment
• Troubleshoot diesel engines, hydraulic, electrical, fuel, drivetrain, and mechanical systems
• Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services
• Complete warranty and customer-pay repairs to manufacturer standards
• Accurately document repairs and communicate findings with the service team
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist other technicians when needed
• Participate in manufacturer training and continued education
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Diesel, hydraulic, electrical, and equipment repair experience
• Ability to use diagnostic tools, service manuals, and wiring diagrams
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency
• Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and work as part of a team
• Kubota or agricultural/construction equipment experience preferred

Pay & Benefits

$27-$42 per hour based on experience
