What are the responsibilities and job description for the Premium Staffing Coordinator position at ASM Global?
The Role:
The Premium Staffing Coordinator is an integral part of delivering our promise to our customers and clients at one of our iconic venues. The Premium Staffing Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the company venues are fully staffed for all events. Moreover, the staffing coordinator will also support all other staffing-related functions. The staffing coordinator will work with both the operations team and human resources departments as applicable
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Working with human resources and operations managers to coordinate and schedule both new hire orientation and retraining classes.
- Maintain training logs.
- Partnering with operators to determine staffing levels during events.
- Developing and executing detailed suite assignment matrices and schedules staff
- Critical on-site support during events / real-time deployment changes
- Answer phones.
- Interact with staff, resolve staffing related issues.
- Partner with other managers, as necessary.
- Assists with and further develops event day employee "check in processes and procedures.
- Works together with management to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Works with Staffing Office personnel and operations team to ensure all event staffing levels are met.
- Closure of events by reconciliation of premium suite gratuities and tips
- Other duties as assigned.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Location: On Site (Caesars Superdome New Orleans, LA)
