Essential Duties and Responsibilities Seat repair and maintenance to include cup holder removal and installation Maintenance of all suites to include drywall, hardware, painting, ceiling tile and fixtures Various carpentry projects in offices and dressing rooms, as required, to include new construction or repair Concrete patching, caulking and coating Painting of various surfaces, as required, to include paint removal and surface preparation All other duties that may be assigned. Two years prior experience required. Skills and Abilities Ability to understand and follow simple directions communicated both orally and in writing Ability to take direction from multiple supervisory and management staff Ability to use hand and power tools and equipment common to the construction trade Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures of the construction industry COMPENSATION $23/hour.
