Concessions Attendant

ASM Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an excellent and immediate openings for part-time, on-call Concessions Attendants with ASM Knoxville: Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum and Chilhowee Park and Exposition Center. Position requires an individual to have customer service skills, positive attitude, food preparation, assist in preparing location and area for day to day operation, responsible for accurate accounting and all transactions and assist with location inventory controls. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintains rules and regulations of ASM Global and Health and Sanitation laws, as well as safe storage procedures at all times. Maintain safe working conditions and sanitary work area Maintains inventory and supplies at assigned locations. Set up and break down of assigned Concessions stand or cart Handles all forms of payment and inventory according to company policy Completes all assigned paperwork appropriately Basic food preparation Serve customers with food orders in a timely manner Maintain accurate cash handling procedures at all times Interact with customers and clients in a pleasant and professional manner. Clean and maintain Concession stands If serving alcohol, must have TABC license. Perform other duties as assigned Skills and Abilities Ability to get along well with others Basic working knowledge of food and beverage Basic math ability to accurately count and handle money. Basic food preparation. Positive attitude and neat appearance. Ability to receive and carry out instructions in a timely manner Positive customer service oriented attitude at all times Attention to detail Must be able to work standing for the duration of shift Must speak and understand English.
