Join the team building the future of air travel! We’re seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major terminal renovation within our ambitious $30B Airport Capital Improvement Program.

Are you a seasoned project executive ready to tackle one of the most complex and high-impact infrastructure programs in the world? We need a Senior Project Manager to take the reins on a pivotal terminal modernization project.

This isn't just a construction job; it's about leading complex integration in an active, 24/7 operational environment. You’ll be reporting to the Deputy Program Executive and are expected to be a visionary, outside-the-box thinker who can expertly navigate stakeholder relations to ensure success.

Your Mission: To deliver a world-class terminal project with schedule certainty, budget discipline, and uncompromising quality—all while championing a culture of health and safety. You will be the central figure in managing technical interfaces, mitigating risks, and guiding cross-functional teams from design through commissioning and turnover.

What You’ll Do

• Monitoring and Control: Overseeing design and construction activities to ensure projects are on time, on budget, and meet all applicable codes and standards.
• Risk and Interface Management: Overseeing and mitigating complex risks related to technical design and construction interfaces among various projects, contractors, and third parties.
• Project Lifecycle Execution: Developing and implementing comprehensive plans for construction, testing, commissioning, and final turnover.
• Team Leadership: Supervising and guiding project teams in coordination with TDIP leadership and project managers.
• Information Flow: Facilitating the seamless flow of information between the terminal program and other concurrent projects and divisions within the Capital Improvement Program.
• Systems Integration: Working with project teams to verify that all integrated building and operational systems are functioning as expected.
• Constructability Review: Reviewing design plans and technical documents for constructability, logistics, and resource management.
• Quality & Safety: Coordinating robust quality assurance and safety requirements with the inspection and oversight teams.
• Financial Control: Assisting with risk management and mitigation strategies to support the schedule and control project costs.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• 20 years of progressive experience, ideally on major aviation or transportation infrastructure projects.
• Direct experience managing projects valued at over $250 million.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management). A Master's is a plus!
• A proven track record of stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful delivery in an active operational setting.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills to inspire confidence and articulate the project’s vision.
