WHAT YOU'LL DO YOUR IMPACT
You'll be the backbone of our office and executive support, ensuring smooth daily operations.
- Office Management: Keep our office running efficiently—managing supplies, ensuring our Snack Club is stocked , maintaining communal areas , and assisting with room reservations (Skedda).
- Meeting & Event Support: Greet visitors , ensure meeting spaces are reset , assist with room setup/AV , and prep for larger events like the bi-monthly IBR Office Lunches.
- Executive Assistance: Provide daily support to a key executive, including constantly managing and updating dual calendars (IBR & WSP) , coordinating travel , and processing expense reports and bills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple calendars and anticipate scheduling conflicts.
- Experience with travel booking (flights, trains, etc.) and processing expense reports.
- A friendly, professional demeanor for greeting team members and visitors.
