Job Title : Family Nurse Practitioner - Night Shift
Location : Remote for (State : Mississippi)
Duration : 6 Months
Pay rate : $70-7$3 / hr.
Job description :
Must be licensed and reside in Mississippi.
- The MinuteClinic Telehealth Nurse Practitioner delivers patient care services through a remote technology platform
- Provide holistic, evidenced based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems.
- Evaluate primary care, acute, chronically ill, and transitional care patients, in addition to providing healthcare education and counseling, and disposition planning for our patients ranging in age 18 months and above.
- Encounters are documented utilizing an electronic health record (EHR).
Required :
Work Hours : 9 : 30p-6am including every other weekend
