Job Title: Sr. Scrum Master

Location: Irvine CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 4 Months Contract

Pay Range: $55/hr - $56/hr

Job Description:

Consultant Scrum Master for Vehicle Catalog & Valuations. The role involves supporting Skynet and Krypto scrum teams, coordinating delivery across related Valuations and Catalog teams. It requires a seasoned delivery professional who can operate beyond traditional Scrum ceremony facilitation and serve as a force multiplier for Engineering, Product, Architecture, Program Leadership, and key stakeholders.

Roles Responsibilities:

• Demonstrate strong Agile and Scrum fundamentals, applying practices pragmatically in a complex environment.
• Facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives, and complex problem-solving sessions.
• Coach mature Agile teams towards continuous improvement and greater self-organization.
• Connect team behaviors and delivery patterns to business outcomes using data.
• Manage delivery ownership, execution, predictability, and measurable outcomes.
• Establish credibility rapidly with new teams and stakeholders.
• Actively manage delivery health, identify early warning signs, and help the team understand work status.
• Coordinate closely with Scrum Masters and stakeholders across Valuations and Catalog teams.
• Ensure interdependent work remains visible, owned, sequenced, and actively managed.
• Maintain accurate team information, manage follow-up, and ensure administrative excellence.

• Solid Agile and Scrum expertise.
• Strong facilitation skills for Agile ceremonies.
• Ability to coach and influence mature Agile teams.
• Strong servant leadership mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience planning and coordinating interdependent work across multiple Agile teams.
• Proficiency with Rally for maintaining team backlogs and reporting metrics.
• Working knowledge of AWS fundamentals.
• Familiarity with modern data platform technologies such as Snowflake, Airflow, and dbt.
• Foundational understanding of Data Products, Data Governance, and Data Quality.
• Familiarity with API-driven, event-driven, and microservices-based architectures.
• Ability to thrive in an AI-First workplace by adopting emerging technologies.
