What are the responsibilities and job description for the Intended Parents Coordinator position at Asian Egg Bank?
Asian Egg Bank is looking for an Intended Parents Coordinator to join our sales team in San Diego.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide pricing and details on our donor services for intended parents (IPs).
- Attract potential customers by answering questions and suggesting donor services based on their interests.
- Facilitate the Intended Parent-Donor matching process, communicate with other departments to request more information about the donor based on IP requests.
- Create and maintain customer records by updating account information about email, phone, and in-person communication.
- Resolve donor service problems by clarifying the client’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Prepare sales reports by collecting and analyzing recorded information.
The ideal candidate is someone who has sales skills and has worked in a medical office or IVF center before or is a former egg donor.
