Job description
Asian Egg Bank is looking for an Intended Parent Coordinator to join our sales team in San Diego. The ideal candidate would speak Japanese, Chinese or Korean language proficiency.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide pricing and details about our donor services offered to intended parents (IP).
- Attract potential customers by answering questions and suggesting donor services based on their interests.
- Facilitate Intended Parent-Donor matching process, communicate with other departments to request more information about the donor based on IP requests.
- Create and maintain customer records by updating account information about email, phone, and in-person communication.
- Resolve donor service problems by clarifying the client’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Prepare sales reports by collecting and analyzing recorded information.
The ideal candidate is someone who has sales skills, and worked in a medical office or IVF center before or is a former egg donor.
Competencies:
A self-starter who is detail-oriented, committed to accuracy, empathic, and adaptable, good interpersonal skills are a must, well-organized, capable of prioritizing and problem-solving, and able to collaborate with teammates.
We are willing to train the right candidate for the position.
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
