ACIB is hiring for a Medicare Insurance Agent to help beneficiaries understand their coverage options and choose plans that fit their needs.

You will receive warm leads, scheduled appointments, and inbound inquiries — no cold calling.

Responsibilities

· Advise Medicare beneficiaries about their healthcare needs

· Explain Medicare plan options clearly and accurately

· Complete enrollment applications and required documentation

· Follow Medicare regulations and company compliance standards

· Provide follow-up support and maintain client relationships

Requirements

· New York Life, Accident & Health Insurance Producer License, or willingness to obtain

· AHIP and carrier certifications, or willingness to obtain

· Strong communication and customer-service skills

· Comfortable using CRM and computer systems

· Fluent English

· Ethical, patient, and dependable

Preferred: Mandarin or Cantonese language skills and previous Medicare or health insurance experience.

Candidates should be available for extended hours during Medicare enrollment periods.

Compensation & Benefits

· Annual base salary

· $100 per qualifying Medicare enrollment

· $50 when enrollment becomes active

· $50 after the member remains enrolled for 90 days

· Licensing, AHIP, and E&O reimbursement

· Training and ongoing support

· Full-time, year-round position

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
