Job Summary:
Rouleau insurance agency is currently looking for a new team member to join a growing agency in a fast paced work atmosphere. In an Agency Customer Service position you will have the opportunity to work as a member of a team focused on providing great customer service to help customers with changes on their homes, cars, liability, motor sports, businesses and workers comp policies. You will help educate clients and assist in policy changes and processing to our senior customer service agent. This position is customer service based and focusing on client retention, processing changes and over all day to day operations. You will be calling clients to help them process payments, make changes, and make sure clients needs are being taken care of.
Agency customer service members perform a fundamental role in servicing customers, supporting the current team and building strong relationships with existing clients and new clients.
Must be ok working in an office with small rescue dogs.
Job responsibilities may include:
Helping current clients with insurance requests, change vehicles, make changes, re-quotes to other carriers, cross-selling existing customers with other products; Conduct policy reviews & update policies; Processing payments & reporting claims; Providing excellent customer service; Relationship building; Networking; Property & Casualty licenses are required. Detail orientated is a must.
Requirements include excellent communication skills; good organizational skills; the ability to multi-task; and a strong desire to provide outstanding customer service. Sales background is a plus.
Must be ok working in an office with little dogs. We are not a typical office. We like a relaxed atmosphere.
