THE OPPORTUNITY
Ashton Pools by Design is seeking a high-level Marketing & Growth Manager to own the entire lead-to-revenue ecosystem. You will lead our brand's digital presence through strategic content creation and social media management, while serving as the technical architect for our WordPress website, HubSpot CRM, and SEO/Analytics engine. This is not a remote position.
01 CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
SEO & ORGANIC GROWTH
- Technical SEO: Conduct regular site audits to ensure mobile performance, Core Web Vitals, and proper indexing.
- Local SEO: Manage Google Business Profile and local citation health to dominate near-me searches in Delaware.
- Keyword Strategy: Perform competitive gap analysis to identify high-intent keywords driving qualified inquiries.
DATA INFRASTRUCTURE & ANALYTICS
- Measurement: Manage GA4 and Google Tag Manager to track the full user journey from first click to signed contract.
- Reporting: Build multi-channel attribution reports showing which platforms deliver the highest ROI.
- CRO: Run A/B tests on landing pages to optimize conversion rates for Request a Quote actions.
HUBSPOT & SALES-MARKETING ALIGNMENT
- CRM Architecture: Build and optimize automated workflows that nurture leads through a 6-12 month sales cycle.
- Lead Scoring: Implement scoring systems to help the sales team prioritize high-budget, high-intent prospects.
CONTENT, SOCIAL & BRAND AUTHORITY
- Multi-Channel Management: Oversee Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube with aspirational visual storytelling.
- AI-Efficiency: Leverage AI for content scaling while maintaining a premium, human-first editorial voice.
- Asset Creation: Use Canva and video editing tools to produce professional marketing collateral.
02 REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERTISE
PLATFORM EXPERTISE
Advanced WordPress (Elementor or Divi preferred) and HubSpot CRM administration and workflow architecture.
SEARCH MASTERY
Demonstrated knowledge of SEO tools — Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz — plus Google Search Console.
ANALYTICAL RIGOR
Proficiency in GA4 and building clear, executive-ready data visualizations and dashboards.
WRITING & CREATIVE
Exceptional copywriting focused on search-aware content and a refined, high-end brand voice.
