Key Responsibilities
">- Lead annual performance reviews and collaborate with Plant Management on staff development, succession planning, and retention strategies.
- Provide guidance to leadership on HR policies, employee relations, and best practices to ensure a positive work environment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Create, monitor, and report key HR metrics to drive strategic decision-making.
- Manage recruitment efforts, coordinate interviews, and oversee the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
- Bring new HR initiatives and best practices to enhance workforce engagement, training, and compliance.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
• 2 years of HR experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are a huge plus.
• Experience with ADP, KRONOS, and ATS systems preferred.
