Education, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Basic Life Support (BLS) required — will be obtained during hospital orientation

Education, Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Enrollment in or completion of an accredited Medical Assistant, PCT, or Nursing Assistant course, preferred
- Prior hospital or healthcare experience preferred
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required (may be obtained during hospital orientation)
- Demonstrate interpersonal, clerical, and basic numerical skills, along with manual dexterity
- Knowledge of proper lifting techniques and body mechanics
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic math functions
