- Monitor food inventory, freshness, and proper food storage procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team for smooth service
- Adhere to all food safety and health code regulations
- Assist with prep work, line cooking, and end-of-day kitchen breakdown
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar culinary role
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Food Handler Certification or ServSafe certification preferred
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
