What We Offer
- Tuesday–Saturday schedule: 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- Weekly pay: Starting at $17/hour, with the opportunity to increase to $18/hour after 90 days
- Performance incentives: Earn additional incentives based on responsibilities, performance, and attendance
- Standing lift incentive: Potential to earn up to an additional $100/week

- Receive and unload incoming shipments while verifying product accuracy
- Inspect furniture for damage, loss, defects, or discrepancies
- Operate equipment including dollies, pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and standing lifts
- Pick and pull product from storage locations up to 40 feet above ground level
- Safely move and handle furniture weighing 100 lbs.
- Keep products, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety policies and standard operating procedures
- Work with the team to consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to safely lift and move furniture weighing 100 lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights and operating a standing lift
- Previous lift or warehouse equipment experience is preferred
- Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to be part of a team
