Primary Responsibilities

Lead Ground-Breaking Projects

• Design state-of-the-art automation systems for warehouse and distribution operations

• Develop innovative robotics solutions to optimize material handling and order fulfillment

• Create smart warehouse technologies that enhance efficiency and accuracy

• Implement cutting-edge control systems and integration platforms

• Transform distribution efficiency through strategic automation initiatives

Drive Innovation Through Advanced Engineering

• Advanced Automation Design - Architect comprehensive automation solutions from concept to implementation

• Robotics Integration - Deploy and optimize robotic systems for pick-and-pack, sorting, and material handling

Required Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Robotics, or related field)

• 5 years of hands-on experience in warehouse automation, material handling systems, or industrial automation

• Proven track record leading large-scale automation projects from design through implementation

• Experience with robotics integration, controls programming, and system commissioning

Technical Skills

• Proficiency with automation design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or similar)

• Strong understanding of control systems (PLCs, robotics controllers, SCADA)

• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and warehouse control systems (WCS)

• Knowledge of AI/ML applications in logistics and automation

• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance requirements
