What Will You Do?
You will get to work daily with potential candidates, interviewing and selecting candidates who are best-matched with current position openings based on the HR interview, work history and availability. Once you have a selected candidate, you will coordinate an interview with the hiring manager and process all of the on-boarding activities if selected. You will also assist the Field Recruiters in posting openings and sourcing candidates.
What Do You Need?
- 2 years experience in recruiting, staffing, human resources, or related role
- Bilingual - Spanish & English speaking, preferred
- Associate’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent work experience (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of application tracking systems and Human Resources policies and best practices
- A positive, can-do attitude!
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
