Our highly skilled sales and engineering staff routinely work with customers to develop the required tooling and processes to meet their product needs. We offer a full range of services to bring a product from early ideas to production, including CAD design, pattern milling, plastic forming, assembly and finishing. Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all thermoforming and manufacturing operations, including staffing, and performance management.
- Drive continuous improvements through waste reduction, labor efficiency, and cost reduction projects.
- Ensure a quality product that meets the customer’s expectations.
- Champion to maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment.
- Work within ISO requirements and assure compliance.
- Direct responsibility for Supervisors and their development.
- Collaborate with support departments for continuity.
- Organize the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions
Required Qualifications:
· Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and how to use the tools.
· Excellent communication skills, organizational ability and positive leadership traits.
· Associate degree or higher in a related field of study, or equivalent combination of work experience.
· 5 years of Supervisory or Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
· Knowledge of plastic composites a plus.
· Prior experience utilizing an ERP system.
· Proficient computer skills with M365
· Knowledge of ISO or TS requirements as they pertain to production.
· Understanding of financial metrics
