Plant Machinery Maintenance & E/M Team Supervisor

Guide a high-performing maintenance organization responsible for building systems, production machinery, and support equipment. You’ll synchronize Machine Maintenance and Electro/Mechanical Tech resources, partner with production on training and operations, and champion continuous improvement that scales across the company.

1. Lead People and Work — Set priorities, assign tasks, and coach your team to deliver safe, high-quality results.
2. Coordinate Resources — Align maintenance and E/M tech support with production schedules to cut downtime.
3. Elevate Standards — Enforce PPE and safety protocols; model operational discipline and attention to detail.
4. Improve Continuously — Spot patterns, propose solutions, and implement better processes and systems.
5. Safeguard Assets — Oversee maintenance for manufacturing and warehouse equipment to ensure reliability.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (required); Associate Degree in Supervisory Management or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years in a manufacturing or distribution center setting.
• Prior supervisory responsibility.
• Exposure to manufacturing/warehouse equipment and department processes.

An active industrial manufacturing and distribution center: moderate to high noise, temperature swings, and material handling equipment in motion. Expect extended time on concrete and consistent PPE usage (safety glasses, steel-toed boots). Operations are fast-paced, time-sensitive, and safety sensitive with shift schedules that align to production needs.

Pay: $28–$36/hour
