Responsibilities

• Load and unload furniture items efficiently using equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques while maintaining safety standards.
• Deliver furniture to customers’ homes or designated locations promptly, following established routes and schedules.
• Assist customers with the placement and setup of furniture, providing exceptional customer service by addressing questions or concerns professionally.
• Conduct thorough inspections of deliveries to confirm accuracy and condition of items upon receipt.
• Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including delivery logs, route sheets, and incident reports if necessary.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding route updates, delays, or issues encountered during deliveries.
• Uphold safety protocols at all times during loading, transit, and unloading processes to prevent accidents or damages.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 40 per week
