Customer Service Representative:
Ashley Furniture HomeStore, the largest volume furniture retailer in America AND the #1 selling home furniture brand in the World, is seeking a dynamic FULL TIME & PART TIME clerical/customer service representative who can provide top-notch customer service skills. This position is located in beautiful Myrtle Beach, SC Homestore.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Processing Invoices for customers
- Running Credit Applications
- Handle all inbound phone calls.
- Cash, Credit Card processing, cash balance reports, funding payments, etc
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
- Place orders for supplies and parts.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills by phone and in person.
- Provide problem solving with customers in a professional manner.
- Computer and clerical experience is a must.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Excellent attendance record.

Job Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries
- Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
- Record customer information within our customer service database
- Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
