Overview
Metal Frame & Equipment Construction Laborers, Apprentice & Journeyman will be needed to assist with installation of Equipment for a New Concrete Paver Manufacturing Facility. Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites by clearing debris, setting up equipment, and organizing materials
- Load, unload, and transport materials and tools safely around the job site
- Support skilled tradespeople by holding, lifting, and positioning materials as needed
- Follow safety protocols diligently to maintain a secure work environment for all team members
- Operate basic power tools and equipment under supervision, ensuring proper use and maintenance
- Help with site cleanup and organization at the end of each workday to keep the area safe and efficient
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines and quality standards
Skills
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures and practices
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently without constant supervision
- Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Prior experience in Equipment Installations or related fields is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
- Welding/Fabrication a plus as well.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred for transporting materials or equipment
