Job Description
- Schedule is 11-7:30 every other weekend.
- Position is primarily prepping vegetables for all departments of dining services such as diced peppers, sliced onions etc.
- Stocks and maintains raw ingredients for the student dining salad bar.
- Assembly of salads etc. for catered functions.
- May be required to work other positions based on staffing needs.
Required Qualifications
HIgh volume production facility
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent knife skills with high production
Physical Demands
Standing long periods, lift up to 40#
