Job Description
- Dishroom Lead must direct staff as well as work alongside employees in the dishroom.
- Operate equipment responsible for cleaning and sanitizing dishware, pots and pans.
- Adhere to policies and procedures, monitoring safety guidelines.
- Must stay till the end of shift to complete clean up.
Required Qualifications
- Must be reliable and able to work with little or no supervision.
- Ability to work with others.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with staff and management.
- Applicant must be currently authorized to work in the United States. Ashland University will not sponsor or take over sponsorship for an employment visa.
Preferred Qualifications
Physical Demands
- Bending, lifting, standing for long periods.
- Tolerance to extreme heat and humidity, working in and around kitchen environment.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. continually.
