What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Asheville Proper?
Asheville Proper is a live fire restaurant located in the heart of downtown Asheville, in the historic Grove Arcade Building. Specializing in Farm to Table food where every dish touches the wood fire grill in one way or another

Applicant will be responsible for running varying stations on the line, from hot apps to saute and garde manger. They will be responsible for keeping their station stocked and clean during service, and handling the prep work for the kitchen in partnership with the Chefs. Line cooks are consulted and offered chances to bring menu ideas to the Chefs. Creative input is valued highly.
We are open Wednesday - Monday.
Closed Every Tuesday, and most Major Holidays
