Operations Driver - Non- CDL

Asheville Adventure Company is looking for an Operations Driver - Non-CDL to join our team and help us deliver unforgettable outdoor adventures. If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and have a knack for safe driving with a trailer, we’d love to hear from you!

As an Operations Driver, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring our guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Safely transporting guests with equipment, such as kayaks and tubing gear, using a trailer.
• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of rafting, tubing and kayak equipment.
• Ensuring the safety and comfort of guests throughout their experience.
• Providing friendly and professional customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of vehicles and equipment.

We’re seeking someone with a passion for the outdoors and a commitment to safety and guest experience. Here’s what you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of driving experience.
• Proven ability to safely drive with a trailer.
• A friendly and professional demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help wherever needed.
