What You'll Do
As a River Guide, you’ll play a key role in providing our guests with an exceptional adventure. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Guiding guests safely down the French Broad River while sharing your knowledge of the area.
- Assisting with trip preparation, including setting up equipment and ensuring all safety protocols are followed.
- Offering friendly and professional customer service to make every guest feel welcome and cared for.
- Maintaining equipment and keeping the workspace clean and organized.
- Helping guests of all ages and experience levels feel confident and excited about their adventure.
