Why ASHER
ASHER Health is the infrastructure underneath wellness businesses that want to offer medical weight loss, peptides, labs, and soon hormone therapy under their own brand. Gyms, med spas, chiropractors, coaches, and longevity clinics plug into our licensed providers in all 50 states, our 503A compounding pharmacies, our patient care team, and our partner portal. More than 850 partners run on ASHER today, their clients add up to more than 15,000 patients a month, and there have been zero compliance issues in under two years. The mission is to bridge the gap between medicine and wellness.
Why this seat is the one to take if you want a sales career. It is the ground floor of a sales floor that closed 52 partners in August and is aiming for 200 a month. You learn the business, the calls, and the CRM next to the people who close, and the next Business Consultant seat ($79,000 on target as a Junior, $129,800 as a Senior) goes to the BDR who earned it.
The job, in plain words
Wellness business owners apply to work with us on our website, attend our live demo, or qualify and never pick a time. You call them, fast, find out what they are trying to build, and put them on a consultant's calendar for a 30-minute implementation call. Then you confirm the booking the day before and the morning of, and you leave the consultant a note worth reading. The consultants close. You make sure they have someone to close. You do not run consults, you do not quote pricing, and you do not cold call strangers: every person you call raised a hand first.
A day here: the 9:00 huddle with the floor, overnight applications called before 9:30, new applications called inside ten minutes all day, confirmation passes, the Thursday live demo with the founder and the calls that follow it. Every call is recorded and reviewed. Role play most days. Scripts change as we learn, and you will help write them.
How you are measured
Measure: Good / Great / Best
Speed to lead: Inside 10 minutes in business hours / Plus overnight applications by 9:30 / First touch every time
Consults booked a week: 15 / 25 / 30 or more
Shows a month, and your show rate: 30 shows, 55% / 45 shows, 60% / 55 or more, 70%
Partners closed off your bookings a month: 10 / 15 / 20 or more
CRM and notes:
Same day / Inside four hours, no ghost bookings / Real time
What it pays
$55,000 base. $30 every time a consult you booked becomes a paying partner, on the first call or a follow-up inside 90 days. Ten partners a month is $300, fifteen is $450, twenty is $600, on top of base, with no cap and no quota cliffs. Commission is paid on the 20th of the month after the close. Health benefits and paid time off. The bigger money in this seat is the seat after it: two months at Great puts you first in line for the next Business Consultant opening.
Who does well here
Zero to two years in a phone-first job with a scoreboard: BDR, SDR, appointment setting, inside sales, or a job where you had to reach people who did not pick up the first time. You can tell us your daily numbers. You persist when the list is cold, you take feedback and change the next call, and you actually want to be in sales. You want a floor with a scoreboard rather than a remote seat, and you live in the Dallas area or will move here. Spanish helps. Wellness, fitness, or med spa experience helps.
Our values: care like it's personal, finish what you own, be easy to trust, find a way, leave it better, choose growth over ego. We hire for them and we coach to them.
How to apply
Send a resume and three lines: your last phone-first role and your daily numbers, one time coaching changed how you work, and why an in-office seat in Dallas is right for you. The process is three steps: a 30-minute screen with our talent lead, a 30-minute video interview with our Sales Lead that includes a live role play, and an in-person final with our Chief Sales Officer that includes time on the floor. You hear back inside 48 hours at every stage.
