Why ASHER
ASHER Health is the infrastructure underneath wellness businesses that want to offer medical weight loss, peptides, labs, and soon hormone therapy under their own brand. Gyms, med spas, chiropractors, coaches, and longevity clinics plug into our licensed providers in all 50 states, our 503A compounding pharmacies, our patient care team, and our partner portal, and their clients get real medical care with the partner's name on it. More than 850 partners run on ASHER today. Their clients add up to more than 15,000 patients a month, with zero compliance issues in under two years.
The mission is to bridge the gap between medicine and wellness. The vision is a world where wellness business owners deliver medical-grade care to their clients without becoming doctors. The floor you would join closed 52 new partners in August, its goal for September is 80, and the company's next goal is 200 a month. This seat is where that number gets made.
The job, in plain words
You run 30 to 45 minute video calls with wellness business owners who asked to talk to us: they watched our live demo, applied on our site, or were referred by a partner. On the call you learn their business, show them how ASHER fits it, and sign them up. Then you hand them to our Implementation and Onboarding Team with a clean note in the CRM and book their Partner Success Planning Call before you hang up. Every lead is inbound and booked for you by marketing, our BDRs, or our appointment setter. You do not cold call.
A week here: the 9:00 huddle with the floor every morning, four to six consults a day on your calendar, the Thursday live demo with the founder, forecasting on Monday, pipeline close-out on Friday. Every call is recorded and reviewed. Role play most days. You will be coached every week by people who close deals themselves.
How you are measured
Measure: Good / Great / Best
Closes a month: 16 / 20 (Junior quota) / 30 or more (Senior quota)
Close rate (all consults held): 30% / 40% / 50% or more
Follow-ups: Every non-close leaves with a follow-up booked / Booked live, two to three days out / The follow-up pipeline closes on schedule
CRM and notes: Same day / Inside four hours / On the call
What it pays
Two levels. Junior: $55,000 base with quota at 20 closes a month. Senior: $65,000 base for closers with a record they can show in numbers, with quota at 30 a month; the Senior level is confirmed at day 90, at quota with a 50% close rate. Both levels earn the same commission on every partner they close, whatever the lead source: $100 a close through 20 in a month. Once the month passes 20, every close that month pays $120 at the point of sale and $60 more at day 100, when the partner's third subscription payment clears. On target is $79,000 for a Junior at 20 a month and $129,800 for a Senior at 30 a month with every partner reaching day 100. Forty a month is $141,400 as a Junior and $151,400 as a Senior. No cap, no decelerators. Point-of-sale commission is paid on the 20th of the month after the close; day-100 commission is paid the month after the partner's third subscription payment. Health benefits and paid time off. Onboarding is two weeks with a certification at the end, then 60 days of ramp, and you are at quota by day 90. Right now the three consultants on the floor are each closing four to seven a week, so the Junior on-target number is what the seat is doing today, not a stretch.
Who does well here
One to three years closing on the phone or video in a 30 to 60 minute sales cycle, and you can tell us your numbers. You have collected payment on a call. You are comfortable with business math: revenue, client counts, margin. You want to be recorded and coached, and you want a floor with a scoreboard rather than a remote seat. You live in the Dallas area or will move here. A wellness, fitness, med spa, or telehealth background helps. Spanish helps.
Our values: care like it's personal, finish what you own, be easy to trust, find a way, leave it better, choose growth over ego. We hire for them and we coach to them.
How to apply
Send a resume and three lines: your last closing role and your numbers, one time coaching changed how you sell, and why an in-office seat in Dallas is right for you. The process is three steps: a 30-minute screen with our talent lead, a 30-minute video interview with our Sales Lead that includes a live role play, and an in-person final with our Chief Sales Officer that includes time on the floor. You hear back inside 48 hours at every stage.
Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
