Family-Owned In Home Care Agency | Scheduling Coordinator
We are a locally owned, family-run, in home care agency seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Scheduling Coordinator to support our scheduling and daily office operations. Must be able to commute between our North Wilkesboro office and West Jefferson locations.
We are not a large corporation — we value relationships, teamwork, and reliability. This role is essential to helping our office run smoothly and allowing the owner flexibility outside of the office.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage and adjust caregiver schedules
- Monitor and correct missed or inaccurate clock-ins/clock-outs
- Communicate with caregivers regarding time-sensitive updates
- Maintain organized records and documentation
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Accuracy and follow-through are extremely important in this position, as small details can impact payroll and patient care. Speed is less important than being organized, thorough, and able to juggle multiple tasks responsibly.

You will work directly with the Office Manager for training . After that, you’ll be trusted to manage the office responsibilities independently when scheduled.
Hours: Monday through Friday 8a-4p
Location: In-person only.
