What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cheese Packer position at Ashe County Cheese Store?
This job consists of placing cheese onto a conveyor that runs the cheese through a waxing machine, removing the cheese from the wax conveyor and waxing any open areas on the cheese. Box, label, weigh and palletize the cheese for customers specifications. This department will also make and roll butter on certain days. Cutting and placing cheese into a packaging machine, boxing, labeling, weighing, and palletizing the cheese to the customers specifications.
