ASH Developers is hiring a smart, motivated, and organized Project Coordinator - Pre-Construction to join our growing team. - Assist the Project Manager, Superintendent, and Estimator from design through closeout.
- Prepare, submit, and track permit applications; coordinate with city/county agencies; schedule and track inspections through final CO.
- Perform trade-specific takeoffs, help clarify scopes, solicit bids, track proposals, and compile comparisons.
- Maintain organized plan sets, digital files, and compliance documentation (W-9s, COIs, insurance).
- Assemble homeowner closeout and warranty packages for a smooth project handoff.
- Flag missing information, solve problems, and suggest process improvements to keep projects on track.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong skills in Excel and Word (required); experience with Bluebeam or BuilderTrend is a plus.
- Highly organized, deadline-driven, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- Clear and professional communicator with the ability to work independently.
- Experience in construction, permitting, or a coordination-heavy role is a plus — but not required if you learn quickly and think critically.
- Experience with or desire to work in a growing company, comfortable working at a fast pace and comfortable with change
