Our corporate headquarters are located in Duluth, Georgia, with additional offices in St. Petersburg, Florida and Mobile, Alabama, and we are currently expanding into Dallas, Texas. Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is responsible for overseeing all phases of construction, including budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a deep understanding of construction processes and project delivery. This position is fully in person.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, execution, and completion of commercial construction projects (interior renovations, ground-up builds, tenant improvements, etc.).
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, cost reporting, and overall timelines that align with client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Coordinate daily with field staff, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure project goals are met.
- Maintain strong client relationships, ensuring transparency, updates, and responsiveness throughout the project lifecycle.
- Track and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout documentation. Maintain organized documentation systems, ensuring all project records are up to date and accessible.
- Ensure quality control, site safety, and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Monitor project costs and provide regular forecasting and reporting to leadership.
- Collaborate with accounting, procurement, and legal departments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams concurrently.
- Strong understanding of construction drawings, codes, materials, and building methods.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., ProjectSight, Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to solve problems proactively and work under deadlines.
- OSHA 30 certification preferred. PMP or CCM certification is a plus.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.
- Extensive experience in commercial construction may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to visit job sites regularly, walk through active construction zones, and attend meetings in-office or on-site.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
