JOB DUTIES:
Develop multinational IC packaging and testing services’ new business and penetration strategies; prepare quarterly reviews, sales forecasting, market analysis and business opportunity/risk analysis, capacity and capital expansion plan by statistical and demand modeling; coordinate and manage product development, material supply, and production throughout the product life cycle from proof of concept to end of life; visits customers regularly to promote strategic relationships and to identify new business opportunities; streamline R&D and factory operations and interface with customers on commitment and forecast accuracy; present sales business plans to management and business unit leadership for alignment and support.
REQUIRE:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or operations and supply chain management;1 year experience in job offered or as a Key Account Manager at a semiconductor packaging service provider. Experience in streamlining R&D and factory operation, and negotiation with vendors to improve material quality for semiconductor packaging service.
Salary : $145,184 - $150,000
