As an AT&T Team Lead, you’ll be part of a performance-driven organization that values professionalism and customer satisfaction. Ascend Sales Group is hiring AT&T Team Lead representatives to serve as the face of AT&T in the community. We work on behalf of AT&T to provide exceptional in-person customer service and sales support, helping customers understand and select the best connectivity solutions for their needs.
What You’ll Do as an AT&T Team Lead:
- Deliver outstanding in-person customer service to potential AT&T customers.
- Engage customers directly to educate them about AT&T services and offerings.
- Represent Ascend Sales Group and AT&T professionally and courteously.
- Identify customer needs and assist them with tailored service recommendations.
- Support sales goals through meaningful conversations that build trust and confidence.
- Process customer inquiries and document interactions accurately.
- Help maintain long-term customer satisfaction and promote retention.
- Act as a trusted ambassador for AT&T’s products and services.
What You’ll need to bring to be an AT&T Team Lead:
