This is a full-time, in-person role where you'll work directly with customers, introduce Verizon wireless and internet services, explain promotions, and help customers find options that fit their needs. What You'll Be Doing
- Meet directly with customers in assigned locations
- Introduce Verizon wireless services, internet plans, devices, and promotions
- Answer questions and help customers understand their options
- Assist with new enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account updates
- Help customers choose services that fit their lifestyle and connectivity needs
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism and communication
- Track customer interactions and completed sales
- Work alongside your team to achieve daily and weekly goals
