Technical Profile
This role requires a deep understanding of the Infor CloudSuite Industrial (SyteLine) ecosystem across multiple versions:
Legacy & Modern Versions: v8.03.11, 9.01.02, 9.01.11, and CSI 10.0.0.515.
Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of core ERP modules (Finance, SCM, Production, etc.).
Technical Expertise: Ability to perform root-cause analysis on production outages and bug fixing within existing customizations.
Key Responsibilities
Incident Management: Perform high-level analysis and resolution of application incidents.
System Stability: Conduct cause-and-corrective action analysis for production outages.
Technical Support: Bug fixing for existing customizations (source code dependent).
Stakeholder Management: Coordinate effectively with third-party vendors, business process owners, and cross-functional teams.
