Job Description:
· Stibo STEP Configuration & Modeling: Lead the object, attribute, and classification design within Stibo STEP. Author robust business rules for validation, attribute standardization, and data enrichment.
· Match/Merge & Survivorship Setup: Define deterministic and probabilistic match/merge rules, set confidence thresholds per domain, and design survivorship logic (source priority, recency, completeness) to deliver a single version of truth (golden records).
· Workflow & Stewardship Engineering: Design custom stewardship workflows and construct custom Workbench task queues to manage manual reviews and exception-handling processes.
· Snowflake & Integration Pipeline Support: Define outbound publishing structures (JSON/XML) for downstream Snowflake ingestion. Collaborate with development teams to test and troubleshoot the Stibo-to-Snowflake integration.
· Domain Hierarchy Construction: Configure code-set hierarchies including Line of Business (LOB), coverage/peril codes, jurisdictions, and ACORD-aligned standard codes.
· Audit-Ready Documentation: Author configuration specifications, rule logic, runbooks, and transition documentation for handoff to business data stewards and administrators.
